“O2 Herbal Therapy Centre” is directed by Dr. Maheswari Vedhachalam (B.A.M.S) Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery. Graduated in 2008 from The Taml nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India.

She has started her practice as an “Ayurveda Consultant” and specialized in “Panchakarma” Treatment for about 11 years in various parts of India.

She is specialized in “NaadiPariksha” (Pulse Diagnosis) a non-invasive diagnosis technique in Ayurveda. This technique helps in accurately diagnosing Physical, Mental and Emotional Imbalance as well as Disease.

Her vision is to create a Holistic and Integrated approach to the problem of Health and Disease.

She completed the Aromatherapy program at Mount Royal College, Centre for Complimentary Health in April, 2001. Then she enrolled in the Swedish Relaxation Massage course & European Seated Massage Techniques at The Calgary College of Holistic Health and Clinics Inc. December 19, 2004.

She also has Therapeutic Touch Levels One, Two, and Level Three, and completed her Certificate of Level II Hot & Cold Stone Massage - June 2006.

She is an active and outstanding Member of NHPC Association with required 2200 Hours.

She has a Certificate in Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Sunshine Yoga May 2011, 200 hours Meditation, Relaxation and Limbering of the Joints & Glands with the Traditional Hatha Yoga Instruction. Breathing, Mediation and Relaxation along with asana (poses).

Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Touch, Massage hands & feet using Hot Stones with seniors at the Good Companions Club. 2009-2010

She completed the RMT from Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association.
